Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 50 years of age or older

  • Able to live independently (non-medical environment)

  • Willing to follow house rules and program structure

  • Must have verifiable income or financial support

Application Process

  1. Submit initial inquiry

  2. Complete intake screening

  3. Provide required documents (ID, income verification)

  4. Approval and waitlist placement (if needed)

  5. Move-in when space becomes available
